Upcoming event days: AT THE NEW FIELD
DEC. 11th. - 6 P.M. -THURSDAY NIGHT!!!--- The Christmas Dinner will be held at the Old Mill on Highway 54 just west of downtown Fayetteville. A buffet will be featured all you can eat. Adults $15. each and children under age 10 will be $10 each. There will be NO steal a gift this year. Ernie needs to know who will be attending for the restaurants requirements for food preparation. Please let Ernie know before Dec. 1st.

Check out your Collectors edition January 2004 issue of Model Airplane News. There is a Great review of The Fayette Flyers Night Fly at the New York "N.E.A.T " fair that we did this past September. Tom Hunt of the SEFLI club on Long Island also has put some wonderful remarks about us on his NEAT website.
John Anderson is still building Beautiful models. [Now if he could just learn to use an Iron of the bed spread like he does on the Monokote!!!]

Meeting Minutes for October 30, 2003 by Ernie Schlumberger
President, Tommy Vinci brought the meeting to order at 7:35p.m. with 16 members and 1 new membership applicant in attendance.
Officer Reports:
New Member/Training Officer, David Keller brought up the need to get the Safety signs and Medical kit installed at the field. Tommy Vinci said he would take care of that.
Treasurer, David Zeigler went over the Club’s finances for the month of October. The Club had $85 income from Membership Dues and $372.89 in expenses from Port-a-Potty, Field Maintenance and SEFF Expense Reimbursement to Paul DeWaard.
Secretary, Ernie Schlumberger reported that we have 133 members and 1 new applicant to join at this meeting.
SEFF Coordinator, Jeff Meyers reported that JR committed to sponsoring SEFF for the next 5 years and will give as much or more than they did last year in prizes towards our raffle. (It was Huge!)
Jeff said the company that we rented tables from is trying to bill us for an extra $1000.00 charge and he is fighting the charge, but the club my have to pay if the battle is lost.
Jeff also said to check out, rcuniverse.com for excellent event coverage posted on that site covering SEFF 2003.
President, Tommy Vinci reported that the Yellow storage shed has been taken from our old field and no one knows who took it.
This year’s Christmas Party will be at the Olde Mill Steakhouse on Hwy 54 west of Fayetteville. The Dinner will cost $15 for Adults and $10 for children 10 and under and will feature an all you can eat Buffet. We WILL NOT have Steal-a-Gift this year. Show up at 6:00p.m. and Dinner starts at 6:30p.m. RSVP Required.
Tommy also said that the Ga. Jets RC Club’s Field is coming along well, and they will be accepting applications for membership at $200 a year.

Officer Nominations:
David Zeigler was Re-nominated for Treasurer and accepted. No one was nominated for Secretary. David Keller was nominated for President and accepted. Ernie Schlumberger was nominated for Vice President and accepted. We still need a Secretary. Voting will be held at the next meeting.
New Members:
This month we had 1 New Member join our club. Please welcome Orren Haynes to the Fayette Flyers.
Broken Prop:
David Zeigler nominated Joseph Lennon (new member last month) for soloing his Soarstar on his first day out and doing great until the tree magnet grabbed his airplane. He was awarded a Crasher Patch.
