NEW VP-Ernie Schlumberger reported that the club has had 40 out of the 59 members renew from last year.

SEFF is coming fast and additional help was welcome, contact Jeff Meyers if you are interested.

New Secretary Randy Hawkins said that he would be updating the clubs website with the club officers contact info so members could contact them if needed.  The new meeting schedule will be posted on the website calendar of events by date to remove confusion. The officers worked out a tentative event schedule based on mostly Family fun fly cookouts thru the year. Some work days and other events will be listed as well.

President-Tommy Vinci said he was enjoying retirement.

Old Business: None. The new shed was purchased and help was needed to install a floor and erect the shed. Current members from last year would only need to kick in a $25 yearly dues this year only due to no flying field last year. New members remain the same at $50. with no initiation fee.

No news from the County about the land fill.

New Business: Dave Keller donated a lawn tractor to the club making it 2 that we now own. Tom Huckaby rebuilt it to a next to new condition. The need to get the new shed up for storage is imperative with the growing season upon us.

Mike Nowatkowski suggested a Peachtree City electric float fly, we are thinking over the possibilities. Matt Klos said we need to look for a cheap john boat if we do. Members be on the lookout.

New Members:  Eric Smith was voted in, Eric has been flying sailplanes and looks forward to the club involvement in his hobby.

Returning member: Laverne Jones has been building a lot with Matt Klos in his Bat cave, Laverne returning after a couple years away from the hobby is anxious to get in the air again. Welcome back.

Broken Prop Award:  None this month.    YOUR NOT FLYING ENOUGH!!!! GET OUT THERE AND BREAK SOMETHING AND GET A REALLY COOL PATCH!!!!!!
