Fayette Flyers Meeting Minutes
February 2005 Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 7:32PM.
There were 14 members present and 1 applicant.

Officer Reports :

Secretary - We currently have 55 membership renewals, that includes comped.

Treasurer - Some of the expected minor expenses came in, nothing other than that.

Vice Pres - Nothing to report.

President - Nothing to report.

SEFF Report :
The advertising is in the works. It will cost $2000.
Dave Zeigler has once again been asked to do the T-Shirt graphic and he will
email it to Jeff when it is done.
The next planning meeting will be on March the 10th at Jeff Meyer's house.
6:30PM for pizza, the meeting will begin at 7:00PM.
The work schedules will be finalized at this meeting.

Field Report :
The land off of Tillman is still up in the air. David Keller or Tommy Vinci will
check back with the daughter in a week or so. She has been informed that it
would be an electric only field.
The county still has us on the back burner and things do not look good.

New Business :
We are actively looking for an indoor venue to get us flying during the winter
months.

New Member applicant Hugh Webster introduced himself and is interested inflying with us.
he is an experienced modeler.
