Welcome to the Fayette Flyers of Georgia Southeast Electric Flight Festival
Pre-Registration 2010
This year we will be using Pay Pal as a secure fast way to do all your Pre-registering needs for the event.
You may use your existing Pay Pal account or start a new one here when you proceed to checkout.
This year thru the use of Pay pal you are provided more flexibility in Pre-registering for the event. We now can accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER.
When you get to the field all of your pre-register items will be waiting for you in your package. All that you will be required to do is present your current AMA card and sign in on the roster for the AMA.
IF you have not yet renewed with the AMA or are wishing to join up for the first time here is a link to take you to the AMA site.
Being an AMA member is required to fly at the event.
OK now that we got thru that stuff let's go ahead and make it all happen. Below are buttons that will add things to a shopping cart. YOU can change the number of items if you need to once in the cart. NOTE!!! There is NO shipping all items will be given to you at the field in person. Ernie would have a goat if he had to mail everything. There is no tax this is a non-profit event with large donations going to local charities as in prior years. The Fayette Flyers is a non-profit organization.There are no returns.

1-4 days it don't matter how many or how much you fly it's still $30.00 US PER PERSON
| NOW if you have a gaggle of folks that you need to register to fly for some reason, each needs to be AMA and we will need a separate emailing from you with all the names and info. IT's still $30 bucks a head for 1-4 days. Increase the # of people in the cart and in the comments section add their last names and AMA #s. You will be the point person for contact. Open flying starts Thursday at 1pm local after the sailplane contest.

The menu will include Chopped pork, potato chips, baked beans, cole slaw, bread, cookies and tea. May include the world famous Fast Freddy's SEFF ale.

SEFF 2010 RAFFLE TICKETS, another plentiful year of event items donated by our sponsors, buy now and save yourself some time from writing your pilot # on your tickets.
Prizes will be drawn each day until gone, must be present to win. SEE the Raffle web site page for what is in the raffle. Please know that you must consider your purchase of these raffle tickets a donation that allows SEFF to happen each year. We make no guarantees of the number or value of prizes that will be available. We rely on the generosity of our sponsors.

SEFF 2010 EVENT CAMPING at the field. Tent Camping, under the stars is available and space is first come, gets what he wants. The event does have porta poties but limited water unless it rains. Each year the camping has grown, an excellent way to fly all day and night.
THIS is cheap at only $10.00 per person for all 3 nights includes showers.
SEFF 2010 Generators allowed RV/MOTOR HOME/Pop-up/Pull behind CAMPING.
You may run your generator whenever but you will be in a parking zone with others doing the same.

POWER HOOK UPS MUST BE SET UP THROUGH "MAC HODGES" THEY ARE LIMITED FIRST COME BASES> NO WASTE DUMP IS AVAILABLE AT the field, A local firm will be available to service your machine but WE are not involved with it.You must contract thru them personally.
SEFF decal set. This set includes a limited amount of decals that features the art work from past years T-shirts.
